Prayer requests

Pray for others

These requests have been submitted by people in our church and beyond, asking us as a body to pray for them (updated weekly). Please pray for each individually.
  • For all impacted by the Eaton and Palisades fires
  • Glen R. - for healing for both Glen and his brother Mark in recovery after surgery
  • Martin Family - for their beloved Teresa who has dementia, for them to be surrounded by God's comfort, experience moments of joy together, and especially for mom (Cindy) who a full time caregiver. 
  • Bob M. - For healing of back pain
  • Tristan G. - Continued prayers for mom (Jill), and praise that cancer is in remission & well enough to travel!
  • Dan G. - Prayers for career direction.
  • Melinda H. - for God's guidance in a season of change, and for His timing in proving the right job for her. 
  • Eric M. - for healing, comfort, & peace
  • Shar S. - for healing with both sisters (Laura and Linda) who have cancer, God's comfort and guidance in their current seasons. 
  • Anna P. - for Tommy (her uncle) who had major heart surgery and potential stroke. Further surgery is needed, please pray for healing.
  • David R. - for mom, who is undergoing chemo
  • Connie & John S. - continued prayers for healing and recovery. Praise! Niece Colleen who recently got baptized (08/31/25)! Prayers over her and her family in this new chapter.
  • Matt S. - praise on successful hand surgery, continued prayers for recovery and mobility
  • Lindsey T. - Praise! Karl's first month as a teacher went well. Continued prayers for God's guidance, endurance, and wisdom to fill him. 
  • Mila S. - for mother (Anna) who had a big surgery, continued prayers for recovery.
  • Stephanie S. - prayers over her marriage, family, health, and finances. For God to surround them in a hedge of protection and guide in this season of trials.
  • Norma E. - prayers for job transition, for God's strength, endurance, and blessings to go before her!
  • Barbi M. - Sister-in-law Xena Marie, for her spirit to be released of deep depression, God's light and comfort to intercede in her life. Praise! The house they put an offer on is in escrow!
  • Christina T. - for friend's son (Dean) who had a cancer surgery this past week; for friend (Beth) who's ankle has been shattered - for God's supernatural healing over both!
  • Isabel Q. - for healing, housing and job provisions, God's guidance, and discernment. 
  • Christopher S. - Praise! Mom (Connie) is out of hospital, continued prayers for recovery
  • Steven G. - prayers for healing, experiencing pain in kneecap and hoping to see a doctor soon
  • For all the students, teachers, and staff beginning a new school year. God's protection to surround them, for authentic community to grow, and for the teachers to inspire and be filled with God's strength!

      • Exodus 17:15 – 'Moses built an altar and called it The Lord is my Banner.'
      • Psalm 20:5 – 'May we shout for joy over your victory and lift up our banners in the name of our God.'
    • Jehovah Rohi – The Lord is My Shepherd
      • Psalm 23:1 – 'The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.'
      • John 10:11 – 'I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.
